Nicole Kidman Cringes At Her And Keith Urban’s Awkward First Photo Together

It’s a rare thing for a couple to have a photo from the first time they ever met, but we’re sure glad these two do! Talkshow host Ellen Degeneres took Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman by surprise when she unveiled a photo from the first night she and husband Keith Urban met back in 2005.
“So Keith posted a picture from when you first met,” said Ellen to a cringing Kidman.
“When did he post that?!” Kidman says as the photo of them is plastered on the screen. “Well we met in that night, and the craziest thing is to have a photo of when you first met! Someone just took that photo and sent it to us.”
Kidman and Urban’s romance began at the 2005 G’Day USA gala honoring Australians, marrying the year following. So what was going on in Kidman’s head during the time of the photo?
“I remember thinking I had such a crush on him and he wasn’t interested in me,” she said going on to share Urban took a whopping four months to call her.
Whatever the cause for the country singer’s delay in contacting her, over ten years of marriage and two daughters later stands to show he felt a mutual spark.
