Keith Urban Gushes Over Nicole Kidman & His Ultimate Romantic Gesture

Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman defied all odds to become one of Hollywood’s most enduring A-list power couple to ever hit the scene, due largely in part to their unwavering commitment to one another. Proving yet again why he’s one of the best husbands in the business, the country singer revealed the ultimate romantic gesture he did for Kidman when she was pregnant with their first child.
In an interview with Harry Connick Jr, Urban casually mentioned a time he flew to Sydney, Australia while on tour in the United States to be with her for just five hours during one of Sunday Rose’s first ultrasounds.
“I flew to Sydney once when [Nicole] was pregnant and she was having an ultrasound and I was on tour in the states and so I just got on a plane and got down there,” said Urban according to Just Jared. “I think the flight landed at 9:00am, we went and had the ultrasound, went and had lunch and then it was a 2:00pm departure back to the states — so lunch, ultra sound and home and back on the road again.”
The Nashville sweethearts began their whirlwind romance back in 2005 at the G’Day USA gala honoring Australians. The pair got married the following year, welcoming their first daughter into the world in 2008 and their second daughter Faith Margaret a couple years laters in 2010.
