Randy Travis and Josh Turner joined forces for an incredible performance of Travis’ hit song “Deeper Than The Holler,” chilling their audience and ultimately creating the duet of a lifetime!
Travis opened the song with his iconic vocals amidst strumming his guitar adjacent to Turner. As the chorus approaches, the “Long Black Train” singer took to his microphone to allow his velvety, baritone voice to carry the heartfelt lyrics. The incredible blend of their voices perfectly captures two vastly different sounds, allowing for the best of both artists.
Travis recorded the hit ballad back in 1988 and released it as his second single on his classic album, Old 8×10. Becoming his eighth #1 single, residing on the charts for 18 weeks!
