Reba McEntire Finally Meets Her Twin

We knew that country superstar Reba McEntire had a few siblings, some even had country music careers themselves, but we didn’t know she had a twin!

Well, that’s because it wasn’t until just recently that her twin was built. Madame Tussauds Wax Museum announced they were opening a Nashville location on April 14, and they are featuring a wax figure of the red-headed beauty.

The museum built an exact replica of the Grand Ole Opry stage and announced one artist would be featured on stage. According to Music Row, the museum held a social media contest, where fans could nominate their favorite country singers to be the figure featured on the stage. Apparently, McEntire was “overwhelmingly named the winner of the contest”.

McEntire got the chance to meet her wax twin and she was floored.

“I tried to find differences between me and the figure and there weren’t any,” McEntire said to Music Row. “I’m really blown away with how great it looks, it’s like looking in a mirror.”

Other country artists that will be turned into wax are Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood, Johnny Cash, Kenny Rogers, Little Jimmy Dickens, Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan, Taylor Swift, Nashville characters Rayna Jaymes and Deacon Claybourne, and Elvis Presley.

McEntire filmed a hilarious promo video featuring her wax figure, who was on stage for a sound check before one of her Las Vegas shows. She walked up to her twin and said, “It’s a lot harder than it looks, huh?”
