Just a little something happened to me today I wanted to share with you guys. Happy Saturday!

Luckily for McEntire, she knew just the solution to make the pain go away.

I ran outside where the painters were painting the house and I asked them for a cigarette and I went back in and I made a poultice for it, and I put it on my finger and it helped,” she said.

But where in the world did McEntire learn that tobacco was a good cure for stings?

You get some tobacco and put some water on it and put it on a sting and it helps a lot. I learned that from my grandpap,” McEntire said, smiling fondly.

It seems that McEntire’s grandpap had the right advice, since she said that her finger didn’t hurt as bad as it did before.

What do you think? Are you going to try “grandpap’s” cure the next time you get stung?
