Rottweiler Finds Bunny In Backyard And Begins Playing With It

One rambunctious rottweiler defied all stereotypes of his breed when he spotted a lone bunny in the backyard and quickly dashed across the lawn towards it!

Catching a glimpse of the furry creature, this rottie darted straight toward the rabbit with its jaws wide and slobber dripping from his face – but pay close attention, because although you might think this is a recipe for disaster, this odd couple will prove you wrong!

Once the Rottweiler gets close, these two quickly “hop” into a game of chase and the dog is chasing after the rabbit – who knew such a bizarre pair could be the best of friends? While the dog obviously loves to chase, this bunny also has some hunting instincts and runs this happy dog all over the yard.

Before long, the bunny had opted in and was speedily chasing the pup around the yard, close on his heels before smashing into his legs. But their playtime was not limited to an unlikely game of tag, as the two fun seekers were soon wrestling on the floor and exploring the yard as a duo!

As it turns out, these two aren’t the only bunny/Rottweiler pair in town – and lots of folks actually have a friendly team of pets that proves this breed isn’t always deserving of the judgment they receive.

Folks watching were beside themselves, initially expecting the pooch to be anything but friendly with the small rabbit. However, these two friends proved them wrong with their adorable show of friendship and backyard shenanigans.
