The beloved country legend shows off his finest pickin’ in this one-of-a-kind performance alongside the future Grammy-winning bluegrass and country musician, Carl Jackson.

Taking the stage in this rare video footage, Glen Campbell and Jackson unleash one of the best performances of the unforgettable tune, “Dueling Banjos” that you’ll ever hear! 

“Now me and Carl would like to do a song that was taken from the theme of a movie that was nominated for some Academy Awards,” Campbell said to the audience. “And we’d just like to do it for you right now. All it is guitar and banjo, but it sold about three million records!” 

The movie Campbell was referring to was the 1972 film, Deliverance, which was nominated for three Academy Awards and five Golden Globes along with a seemingly endless number of accolades and titles from various smaller film organizations.
