The world was changed forever back in 2011 when NBC casted rockstar Adam Levine and country singer Blake Shelton as judges on the first season of The Voice, giving birth to one of the most unlikely bromances to date. 

After eleven seasons working alongside one another, the two friends fight like an old married couple. Some viewers have expressed that the onscreen jabs towards each other exist only to improve viewer ratings, but Levine may have just put those rumors to rest with one hysterical photo.

Maroon 5 frontman uploaded a photo of a young Shelton along with the caption “I wanna punch young Blake Shelton’s face so hard.”
