Steven Tyler Fires Back At Walt Disney World After Censorship Over Obscene Gesture

For the last 17 years, Aerosmith has been part of a the Rock N’ Roller Coaster attraction at Walt Disney World.

When the ride starts, park-goers walk into a recording studio where the legendary rock group is recording “Walk This Way”. At one point, lead singer Steven Tyler puts his hand on his head and displays what could be an obscene hand gesture.

Over the years, park-goers apparently had enough of it, because just recently, Walt Disney World edited the footage to change his hand to be a bare, open palm.

On Thursday (Aug 18), Tyler responded to the edit with a photo on Facebook which was accompanied by a colorful caption.

“Well now I am in ‘shock’…You know I would own up to this doozie. Way to give me the finger now, Walt Disney World,” he wrote. “17 years later…see you next week. Here’s to the greatest ride at Disney.”

See the photo below.  Warning: Strong language.

Take a look at the opening scene which includes before and after pictures of Tyler’s hand.
