The ‘Crazy’ Thing Danica Patrick Does On Vacation To Keep Her Hot Body

While out on a tropical sea vacation with her longtime boyfriend, the female NASCAR star reveals this ‘crazy’ thing she does to stay fit – even on vacation!
“Some call me a little crazy for working out on vacation, they are probably right,” Danica Patrick writes on Instagram.
Along with a lengthy explanation of her morning routine, Patrick shows off how she has been keeping up with her fitness goals while out to sea on one of the most luxurious yachts you could ever imagine!
Hitting the deck of what appears to be the “SS Temptation”, Patrick and several of her friends got their early morning workout in with some cardio and bodyweight exercises she outlined on a notepad.
From pushups, to squats, to sit ups, there wasn’t a part of her body that she left out – and she did it all in such a small space!
“Made me feel good and gave everyone something to laugh about,” she continues writing in good humor. “Every morning I would watch the sun rise at 630, drink some coffee and workout before breakfast. It was awesome!”
Patrick has always been open about her fitness and been an outspoken proponent of positive body image, healthy lifestyles, and fitness motivation. She recently released a new line of athletic clothing and is readying a 90-day workout and nutrition program called Pretty Intense.
