How Did Tim & Faith’s Daughters Handle Their Parents’ Fame?

Of course, their daughters eventually found out. But it wasn’t a topic that was ever addressed in their family. As McGraw explained during a Q&A at the Country Radio Seminar in 2016:

Our kids know it’s there,” he said. “They’ve always been around it. It’s just not anything that we’ve ever really discussed or dealt with. We haven’t talked to our kids about us being famous, even when they were little. That’s what we try to make it – not an issue.

McGraw said he and Hill feel their fame hasn’t harmed their daughters in any way as they’ve grown up and chased their own dreams:

We certainly don’t feel like [fame] has been a hindrance to our kids,” McGraw said, before laughing. “If they grow up and write a book, we might find out differently.

We’d say that McGraw and Hill did a wonderful job at raising their three girls! Tune in below to hear McGraw sing about his love for his daughters in his sentimental song “My Little Girl.”
