You read that right folks! Country music star Trace Adkins is making his return to the silver screens in the badass western film Stagecoach: The Texas Jack Story. The country music singer and actor will be playing the part of former gunslinging outlaw Nathaniel Reed whose past comes back to haunt him in the form of a U.S. Marshall out for vengeance.

Nathaniel – also known as wanted outlaw Texas Jack – now lives a peaceful life on a ranch with his wife, Laura Lee, until a man he injured in a Stagecoach robbery resulting in the loss of the man’s eye years prior comes back to haunt him. His former enemy is out for blood and is taking the phrase “an eye for an eye” very seriously.

“There’s a man coming and he aims to bury you,” warns an ally of Nathaniel. The return of his past forces Nathaniel to return to his old ways as Texas Jack in order to protect his new life he has worked so hard for.

Stagecoach: The Texas Jack Story was directed by Terry Miles and is set to hit select theaters November 4. It was also be streamable through VOD.
