Trace’s Heart-Warming Tribute To George Jones Will Leave You In Tears!

Honoring the country legend, his smooth baritone voice washed over the crowd with one of George Jones‘ biggest hits. 

During a concert at Biggs Park in El Paso, Texas, one of country’s most beloved hitmakers, Trace Adkins, gave a truly heart-warming tribute to one of the men who inspired him and later became a friend.

Adkins stood on the stage with a simple glossy black guitar, strumming and singing Jones’ 1974 classic, “The Grand Tour”. 

Through the performance that surely Jones would be proud of, Adkins weaves the story with his God-borne gift of singing, creating one of the most uplifting and powerful renditions we have ever heard. 

At the very end of the song and with the final strum of his guitar, Adkins signs off with a dedication to his late friend.
