What was once known as Starstruck Farm now goes by another name – and has a whole new look to go along with it.

Country legend Reba McEntire officially sold her 83-acre property in Lebanon, Tennessee in July of 2017 to Paul H. Burch. The Tennessean reported at the time that Burch planned to build 15 homes on the property, each getting between an acre to 1.82 acres. He didn’t have any plans for the 12,816-square foot home that stood on the property and eventually put the house, as well as 13 acres surrounding it, back on the market.

On October 24, 2017, Nashville businessman Deron Lichte bought this land for $3.1 million with plans to turn the property into an luxury events venue for weddings, retreats, and gatherings.

Over the past few months, Lichte and his team have been hard at work turning McEntire’s former house she shared with ex-husband Narvel Blackstock into a go-to location for country music fans. Each room in the main house is designed to pay tribute to a country legend. The Reba Room is, of course, the master suite, with Garth Brooks, Willie Nelson, Loretta Lynn, Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, and Dolly Parton also each getting a room dedicated to them.

Now called The Estate at Cherokee Dock, the estate’s website lists it as available for corporate events, family reunions, charity events and galas, film, video and photoshoots, songwriter retreats, and weddings. Located just 35 minutes outside of Nashville, it’s an easy drive to get to the pure beauty of the lakefront estate.

Lichte did a lot of work on the house – it looks completely transformed! Click here to see what it used to look like. Watch the video tour of The Estate at Cherokee Dock by clicking play below, and take a look at a photo gallery of the rooms here.
