Tackling one of the biggest songs in country music, this young singer seriously gives the coaches a run for their money during this epic blind audition.

Currently, while NBC’s US version of The Voice isn’t airing, the folks across the pond have been enjoying the latest installment of The Voice UK and all the dazzling blind auditions that come with it!

On the coaching panel are some of the best musicians from both countries: Sir Tom Jones, Gavin Rossdale, Jennifer Hudson, and Will.I.Am. who all have varying backgrounds and specialties – which makes this such a fun competition to watch.

During the fourth set of blind auditions, young Jack Bruley gives a smooth and soulful cover of Chris Stapleton‘s dazzling take on a George Jones hit, “Tennessee Whiskey” ththat catches the ear of all the coaches, but surprisingly, only one turns around.

After the first song is finished, something incredible happens with all four coaches and young Mr. Bruley: they give him a little taste of coaching and have him start the song over! His newer take on the track is even better than the first, and as her fellow coach points out, Jennifer Hudson is the perfect coach to help him put some more soul in the song!
