Punctuated with the infamous line,”If you mind your own business, you won’t be minding mine,” this unforgettable song first recorded in 1949 comes back to life in a three-part performance from one of country’s favorite singers and his family.

Willie Nelson, teamed up with his two sons Micah and Lukas for his album, Willie Nelson and the Boys, which hit shelves on October 20th, 2017. As part of their collaborations, Nelson and his sons cut a whole new version of Hank Williams‘ iconic, “Mind Your Own Business.”

This country classic sounds so pure with the three Nelson’s pouring every bit of themselves into the performance and is surely a home run hit for every single country fan.

While Hank Sr. wrote and recorded the very first issuance of this beloved classic, it was Hank Williams Jr.’s version that became the most popular and notable among the country genre. Hank Jr. brought in a handful of famous artists for his version including Willie Nelson, Reba McEntire, and Tom Petty. Hitting the charts in 1986, this ensemble version soared to the No. 1 chart spot for multiple weeks.

Throughout the Nelson family recording of this favorite hit, listeners are treated to a bevy of pure harmonies and raw vocals – a true ode to classic country music.
