The popular beer brand, Budweiser just welcomed their latest addition to the family. While the company’s beer brings joy to some, it is their emotional commercials that leave customers coming back for more. With their ads focusing on the beautiful animals and their stories, it’s no wonder they have a large following of fans gushing over their fur babies. So when their newest furry friend was born, beer drinkers were over the moon!

A Star In The Making
On Wednesday, March 13, Budweiser welcomed their first baby Clydesdale of the year, Carly! The baby Clydesdale was born at Warm Springs Ranch in Montana. Although Carly was born at the “Home of the world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales,” she isn’t a “Budweiser Clydesdales” just yet. The foal has some time before making her big debut.
According to Warm Springs Ranch’s website, Budweiser Clydesdales “must stand at least 18 hands high (or 6 feet tall).” Other characteristics are being four years old, have a blaze of white on the face, a black mane, and a black tail. Looks like these horses have some big shoes to fill before stardom!
Not to worry, we think Carly is going to be the perfect fit in years to come.
Best Of All
In the meantime, let’s take a look back at all the beautiful horses who have touched our hearts.
In 2004, Budweiser introduced the world to “Clydesdales Donkey.” The hilarious commercial told the story from a donkey’s perspective and his dream of becoming a Budweiser Clydesdale.
In 2013, Budweiser released “The Clydesdales Brotherhood.” The story followed a farmer and his best pal as they spent their days and nights doing almost everything together.
Update: More Foals On The Ranch – Tours Available!
Since then, a slew of new foals have arrived including “Robinson” and a Game Of Thrones inspired foal named “Sansa”. You can stay up to date and take tours visiting the ranch and new babies here.
