Bunnie Xo Is An Author – Learn All About Her New Memoir
Bunnie Xo has always been an open book, but now, she’s telling her story in an actual book—a memoir, to be precise.
45-year-old Bunnie hosts the Dumb Blonde Podcast, during which she shares tales from her life and interviews celebrity guests. She’s been married to Jelly Roll since 2016, so she often speaks about their relationship and the things they’ve been through together.
Bunnie has never shied away from sharing the darker sides of her story. She struggled with addiction in her younger years and suffered a lot of heartache. Her memoir will dive even deeper, giving fans a new window into her life.
On Wednesday (September 17), PEOPLE revealed the title and cover of Bunnie’s memoir. Called Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic, the book will be released on February 10, 2026.
“Stripped Down is the rawest reflection of who I am in every form,” Bunnie said. “It felt only fitting to name my book after the way I’ve always lived life — raw, unfiltered and in my naked truth. This book is heartbreak and healing, trauma and triumph, love and betrayal — it’s the ashes I’ve risen from, stitched together with the lessons that shaped me into the woman I am today.”

The book’s official description reads:
“Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic, is cold, clear evidence that no one is irredeemable. With a heavy dose of humor and a refreshing sense of self-awareness, Bunnie pulls no punches as she shares her journey of redemption while offering some homespun wisdom to those who need a little saving themselves.”
Bunnie shared her “deepest hope” for those who read Stripped Down is that they’ll “feel every emotion” alongside her. She added, “And although I’ve left that lifestyle behind, I’ve stripped down one last time and bared my soul for the world to see.”
Jelly Roll Says He’s “So Proud” Of Bunnie As She Prepares To Release Her Book
Bunnie also shared a video on Instagram to introduce her memoir to her followers. She teared up as she held the book in front of the camera for everyone to see.
Writing in the caption, she said:
“She’s an AUTHOR Y’ALL 😭 I couldn’t have done this without ALL of your love & believing in me! I can’t thank y’all enough for even wanting to be apart [sic] of this journey & process. 😭 I love y’all to the moon & back!“
Bunnie’s husband, Jelly Roll, left a supportive comment on her video. He made it clear how proud he is of her latest accomplishment, writing:
“I am so proud of you and the work you put into the project. You were so vulnerable in this book and even shared parts of the story I thought would never be told. Proud of you, this book is going to help so many women find peace . Love you”
