Carrie Underwood was thrilled to be in the salon chair, getting her hair done after a long six-month break.
Carrie took to Instagram to share her excitement of finally being able to get a fresh look after having to wait it out, due to the worldwide pandemic.
She posted a selfie photo on her Instagram stories with her head full of foils and wearing a pretty floral mask, to protect herself and others while getting her iconic blonde tresses professionally done.
She captioned the selfie: “It’s been 6 months since I’ve done anything to my hair…”
After showing her before photo in the midst of getting her hair colored, she went on to share the after results with a second photo.
She thanked her hairstylists and the salon for making her “feel pretty.”
Carrie has been keeping busy during quarantine, debuting a work out app called Fit 52, promoting her book Find Your Path, and doing the podcast, Mike and Carrie: God & Country with her husband Mike Fisher.
Carrie also revealed at the end of July that she would release her first-ever Christmas album later this year! The album titled “My Gift” is due to come out on September 25, 2020. She shared that “so much love” had gone into creating the album that she “cannot wait to share it” with her fans.
