Carrie Underwood earns lots of praise for her fit physique…especially for her legs! People always want to know her secrets so they can work on developing strong, toned legs like hers.
Underwood has opened up about her workout regime many times in the past. While speaking to POPSUGAR in 2018, she shared some of the workouts she relied on to build strength in her legs.
“I do a lot of squats and lunges,” she said. She even incorporated lunges into her runs to increase the intensity of her workouts.
In 2016, Underwood shared a video showing how she used towels to perform a series of leg exercises on a wood floor. “If you’ve got towels and a smooth floor surface, you’ve got yourself a workout! No need for tons of equipment or complicated moves,” she said.
