Carrie Underwood Shows Off Abs During Fishing Trip With Hubby

Carrie Underwood spent some quality time with her husband of 11 years, Mike Fisher, recently during a fishing trip and rocked a black and white bikini that showed off her toned abs while she was at it.

The 38-year-old mom of two shared a series of photos on social media of her proudly displaying her lake catches, but it’s safe to say that the fish weren’t what caught her fans’ attention. Instead, the comment section is filled with notes praising Underwood’s rock hard abs that were on full display.

“Feeeeeeshies! ??? #CatchAndRelease #JustSayinHi #Outdoors #LakeLife,” Underwood captioned the photos.

“I want to die and come back to life with this body,” one comment read. “I can’t see fish…only abs! ??” Carrie’s long-time friend Ivey Childers wrote.

It’s no surprise that Carrie can rock a two-piece. The singer takes her health seriously and works hard to stay in shape.

“I have to set goals for myself: ‘Every 15 minutes I’m going to hit 1.25 miles, then by the end of an hour I’ll have run 5 miles,'” she told Women’s Health in 2020, calling exercise her anti-anxiety medication and anti-depressant.

“That’s a part of my personality I need to be better with. I’d love to sit in a bubble bath, but that’s not going to happen. My self-care is my gym time, and that’s a stress reliever for me,” Underwood said. “Physical fitness makes everything else possible.”
