Customer satisfaction with full-service restaurants scored 79 out of 100 and limited-service restaurants scored 78 out of 100. David VanAmburg, Managing Director at the ACSI said in a statement that it was remarkable how the restaurant industry was able to meet customer demands even during lockdowns.

“Full-service restaurants showed tremendous adaptability by how quickly they pivoted from traditional dine-in to takeout and delivery options. As the industry becomes even more digitized, restaurants’ ability to evolve with the times should only benefit them moving forward,” FOX 43 reported David saying in a statement.

Out of all the restaurants on the list, Chick-fil-A held the number one spot for the best fast-food segment scoring 84 out of 100. The few others ranked as so:

  • 80 – Dominoes
  • 79 – Pizza Hut
  • 79 – KFC
  • 78 – Starbucks
  • 78 – Chipotle

It ranked number one for accuracy, customer service, and taste but ranked the slowest, according to the Quick-Service Restaurant Drive-Thru study. Take a look at the video below for the news report.
