Chip Gaines of the hit HGTV show, Fixer Upper, decided to sit down and give his fans some help working through their daily obstacles. The best part – all his answers are typical “Chip” ones.

Fans Had Great Questions For Him

The questions asked ranged everywhere from silly and sweet to genuinely important ones that we can all relate to. One woman asked if she should dump her boyfriend for not liking dessert. While another asked, “What’s your best advice for starting over and finding my passion?”

Chip Gave Very Honest Answers

It is so much fun hearing Chip give his guidance to the fans that wrote in. While some of his answers were inspirational and thoughtful, he stayed true to his ways and gave some pretty funny advice too!

Chip told the girl with the dessert-hating boyfriend to “Drop that fool like a hot potato. I’m positive that this guy is no good for you.”

But did we really expect any different? Also…who doesn’t like dessert?!
