Brian Kelley may be one half of Florida Georgia Line, but he is also part of another duo – with his wife of almost five years, Brittany. The two were married in December 2013 after just seven months of dating at his Nashville home. And now, the couple is selling that home, which has turned into a compound that they call The Kelley Compound.

Six Houses For The Price Of One

The 70.89-acre Kelley Compound is about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville and features six home structures including The Shack, The Party Barn, The Tree House, The Dog House, The Saloon, and The Guest House.

The Shack is the main house that has a master suite and insane walk-in closet, cute dining area, outdoor patio, and beautiful kitchen. The Party Barn is, you guessed it, for entertaining guests. It is over 1,600 square feet filled with a custom bar area, lofted bedroom, and lots of space for fun and games.

Epic Tree House

One of the most famous parts of the compound is The Tree House, which was built by Pete Nelson of the Animal Planet show Treehouse Masters. It is connected to the main house by a 30-foot bridge, and according to Nelson, might be the biggest treehouse the show has ever done. The Tree House is two stories and includes a recording studio, where Florida Georgia Line records and creates some of their biggest hits.

According to the official website, The Kelleys have listed their compound for $6,240,000 and are being represented by The Bodden Sisters of EXIT Realty Music City.
