Dog The Bounty Hunter Posts Birthday Tribute To His Late Wife, Beth
on Oct 29, 2020
Duane Chapman, a.k.a. “Dog the Bounty Hunter,” took to social media today, Thursday (October 29, 2020) to pen an emotional birthday tribute to his late wife, Beth, on what would have been her 53rd birthday.
This was Beth’s second birthday since her untimely death in June 2019 from complications of lung cancer.
On the one-year anniversary of her death on June 26, 2020, each part of the family paid tribute to Beth in ways they felt represented her best.
Dog gathered with close family and friends for a private memorial ceremony in a spot significant to him and Beth. He chose the South Platte River in Deckers, Colorado. According to Dog, he and Beth used to frequent the river every Father’s Day in the past. She would float in her raft, while Dog would fish.

On the same day, Beth and Dog’s daughter Cecily held a sunrise hike and a paddle out in Hawaii in memory of her mom.
In the birthday tribute Dog wrote an emotional message for Beth saying, “You are celebrating this day with Jesus and all his angels that’s the only thing that gets us through without you happy birthday Beth we miss you & love you”
Beth’s daughter, Cecily also took to social media to share her memories of her mom and wish her a “Happy Heavenly Birthday.”
She even received a special visit from a beautiful butterfly that made her think of her mom.
