Dolly Parton’s Former California Home Is Now Up For Rent

Country music fans now have the chance to live in a home once owned by Dolly Parton!

Dolly’s former West Hollywood residence has hit the rental market, giving prospective tenants the chance to stay in a home tied to one of country music’s biggest stars.

According to Realtor.com, the adobe-style property is located in West Hollywood’s sought-after Design District. The residence is just a short drive from popular destinations including Melrose Avenue and Beverly Hills.

What Are The Details?

Dolly purchased the home at in 2007 for about $1.2 million. The property was reportedly used while she worked in Hollywood, though it was never her primary residence.

Forbes reports that she later listed the West Hollywood house for sale in 2014, when she was still the owner. Records show the home was later sold again in 2023 for $1.2 million.

The charming home spans 1,091 square feet and sits on a 3,680-square-foot lot. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence features plenty of natural light throughout, along with a cozy botanical patio area outside.

According to Los Angeles County Assessor records, the home is now estimated to have a value of nearly $1.3 million. The rent price is currently listed at $12,000/month.
