During the 4th episode of The Masked Singer Season 7, Armadillo made their debut as part of “Team Good.” Singing “Secret Agent Man,” Armadillo had the judges guess that he was Chuck Norris, Erik Estrada, and Vin Diesel.

He was safe through to the next week, where he performed “I Fought The Law,” where he took a major spill towards the end of the performance. Like a pro, he got right back up and finished the song! This time, the panelists guessed he could be Gary Busey, Jay Leno, or William H. Macy.

The next episode, he sang “Amazing Grace,” but was voted to be unmasked – or sent home. The panelists guessed he could be Dog the Bounty Hunter, Tommy Lee Jones, Al Pacino, and Stone Cold Steve Austin.

When he was unmasked, it was revealed Armadillo was in fact Duane Chapman, or Dog The Bounty Hunter, as we know him!

After his elimination, Chapman spoke with Page Six about what his late wife Beth would have thought about him competing on the show.

“Oh, she would have loved it,” Chapman said. “I don’t know when I fell down what she [would have] said.”

The bounty hunter noted that his costume weighed over 200 pounds, making it that much more difficult to get back up after the fall.
