Phil Robertson’s Granddaughter Sadie Is Hoping To Carry On The Family Legacy
Duck Dynasty star Sadie Robertson aims to carry on her family’s legacy following her Papaw Phil’s death.
The daughter of Willie and Korie Robertson, Sadie shared how Duck Dynasty: The Revival releasing just one week after his passing is part of God’s beautiful plan.
“It’s wild how God’s timing works… @duckdynastyae comes out this Sunday, and I’ve honestly never appreciated this show & the memories it holds more than I do now,” Sadie wrote in a social media post.
The wife and mom of two, who first started on the show as a young girl, admits watching clips of her grandfather has made her realize just how big of an impact Duck Dynasty has had on the world.
“Losing my Papaw Phil this week has made every moment from the past feel even more precious. Rewatching old clips, hearing his voice, and seeing the legacy he built has been emotional and so beautiful,” Sadie continued.
The 27-year-old explains how the show is a symbol of what truly matters to the Robertsons – and how Phil’s deep faith in Jesus Christ has changed their family forever.
“It’s so much more than just a show to us, it’s our family, our faith, and a reminder of what really matters,” Sadie explained.
Duck Dynasty: The Revival Begins This Week
The new spin off of Duck Dynasty is set to air this upcoming Sunday (June 1). The series will feature Willie, Korie, their adult children and grandchildren, living as a family and experiencing marriage, parenthood, owning different businesses and life in Louisiana.
The release is sure to be emotional following Phil Robertson’s death, and many members of the family spent the week posting tributes and sweet words honoring him.
“Thank you for the love and prayers of so many whose lives have been impacted by his life saved by grace, his bold faith, and by his desire to tell everyone who would listen the Good News of Jesus. We are grateful for his life on earth and will continue the legacy of love for God and love for others until we see him again,” the family’s initial statement read.
Phil’s death came less than six months after the Robertson’s revealed that he had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and had been battling a crippling blood disorder.

Sadie Has Become A Wife And Mom
Sadie and her husband, Christian Huff, are parents to two daughters, Honey and Haven, and announced on Valentine’s Day that they are expecting their third child this year.
“Our hearts are so full,” she captioned in an Instagram post. “Another little love joining the Huff family.”
Sadie and Christian were married during a large wedding in November 2019 on her parents’ property in West Monroe, Louisiana.
The couple has continued to show their devotion to their little family, as Sadie often travels with her girls on speaking engagements and work trips.
