Alicia Allain, wife of “Dukes of Hazzard” star John Schneider, has died.

Schneider shared the news in a social media post that read:

“My beautiful Smile is pain free, living in her new body alongside Jesus. Please respect our privacy during this time of grief. Please do not ask any questions. If you have any pictures of us and our obvious love and adoration for each other, please post them below. Lastly… hug those you love tight and let them know how you feel. We always did.”

No cause of death was shared for Alicia, but she fought a valiant cancer battle in 2019.

In an interview with Fox News, Allain revealed that she had been diagnosed with stage 3 HER2 negative cancer in May 2019. Upon her diagnosis, John and Alicia started researching treatment options.

“I went into like a speed course of reading what path I was going to take,” she told “Fox & Friends” hosts. “I decided to do keto for cancer, CBD oil and then ground myself in minerals. I really got into a really rigid regime.”

Schneider told Closer Weekly in 2021 that his wife was cancer-free.

“She’s doing great,” Schneider said at the time. “She is her own biggest advocate. She still sees her doctors and she’s on the Keto for Cancer diet, but she looks at it as a maintenance program. She’s remarkable — tenacious too.”
