on Mar 18, 2026

Ella Langley Is Readying A New Album
On January 27, Ella Langley announced her sophomore album, Dandelion, which will be released on April 10.
The country singer revealed the album would have 18 songs and would be available to stream, to be purchased on Honey Bee Colored Vinyl, Puffball While Colored Vinyl, or CD.
Fans had a feeling that a new album was coming after she released “Choosin’ Texas” in October 2025, which has taken over nearly every chart is has appeared on.
Written by Langley, Luke Dick, and Miranda Lambert, the song reach the top spot on the all-genre Billboard Hot 100 chart, the Country Airplay chart, and the Hot Country Songs chart. The single is also verified platinum, selling over 1 million units.

She followed that up with the title track “Dandelion” on January 20th followed by “Be Her” on February 13th. Langley has also been playing a couple of the tracks during her live shows, including a song called “Something Simple.”
In an interview with Country Countdown USA, Langley confirmed that she recorded a duet with 14-time CMA Award winner Keith Urban, and it will be included on Dandelion.
Ella Is Teasing The Last Single Before Her Album Release
With the Dandelion release being less than a month away, fans weren’t expecting any more songs to be released, but on March 18, Langley surprised everyone by announcing that she would be one last single before her album dropped.
When announcing the single, “Loving Life Again,” Langley said, “This song means so much to me, and I knew that it had to be the last single before Dandelion is out.”
The teaser clip that she shared on social media is not long enough, but it will get us through until its release on Friday, March 20. The clip shows Ella sitting at a piano wearing a flowy white floral ensemble that gives off some major Stevie Nicks vibes.
The song’s lyrics are all about remembering all the times that make her love her life, whether it be blue skies, riding horses, or something else.
Fans gave countless comments about how excited they are about the song, with one fan telling her, “Wow you’re magical.”
A Male Singer Appears On The Song
When listening to the clip, you can plainly hear a male singer singing harmonies during the chorus. While she didn’t reveal in the post who the artist is, some fans might believe that it’s Riley Green, since they recently teased that they might be working together again after their monster hits “You Look Like You Love Me” and “Don’t Mind If I Do.”

But it turns out, it isn’t Riley Green on the song…it’s ERNEST. She actually wrote “Loving Life Again” with him and Devin Dawson and they performed it together in November 2025 at the Ryman Auditorium.
In an interview with Katie Neal, Langley said, “I came back from that little break, and I was hanging out with my friend Ernest, and he asked how I was doing. He was somebody I talked to a lot about my mental health. Him and Miranda were my two last years, really.“
She revealed that a lightbulb went off in her head when she told him, “You know, and just like that, I’m back to loving life again.”
