Ella Langley Is The Most-Nominated Artist At The 2025 ACM Awards
In March, The Academy of Country Music (ACM) revealed the nominations for the 2025 ACM Awards, and Ella Langley’s name was present a number of times.
Breakout star Ella Langley led the pack with a total of eight nominations thanks to her hit song “you look like you love me” with Riley Green.
She is nominated for Female Artist of the Year, New Female Artist of the Year, Single of the Year, Song of the Year (as artist and songwriter), Music Event of the Year, and Visual Media of the Year (as artist and director).
When she found out about her nominations, she had a priceless reaction: screaming into a pillow.
She took to her Instagram Stories to react to the nominations and said, “Are y’all fakin’ me? Y’all have got to be fakin’!”
She cut her own sentence off because she began to scream in her pillow in excitement and perhaps disbelief.

Ella Was Surprised With First ACM Award Win
On Friday, April 25, Langley performed at the music festival Rock This Country in Knoxville, Tennessee. The two-day festival also had Nickelback, Aaron Lewis And The Stateliners, Shenandoah, Sammy Kershaw, Logan Crosby perform on the same day as the “hungover” singer.
During her set, an unexpected video from Miranda Lambert came on the stage screen. It started as a sweet shoutout, and turned into something much more!
“I’m here to tell you how proud I am of you for being the top nominated artist for the Academy Of Country Music Awards this year. You are my friend, first and foremost, a fellow dog rescue advocate, you are a co-writer, you are my soul sister in country music and a partner in crime.” Lambert said in the video. ”But I’m also here to tell you the bigger news. You, my friend, have won New Female Artist of the Year.”
To end the video, Lambert said, “We are gonna celebrate so big in Dallas, Texas! They ain’t even ready!”
Langley could not even believe what she heard. All she could say was, “God Bless America!”
Once she finally got her bearings backstage, she was handed the actual ACM Award and got emotional while making her acceptance speech of sorts.
“Every day of my life I have prayed about it and thought about it. Literally everything I’ve ever done was to be able to do this [sing country music,]” she said. “I’m grateful for the team I have around me. I’m just really grateful to have fans that are listening to the music and seeing that it is truth, and I’m just a real-life human being going through life like the rest of everyone else. To see what I go through is something that everyone else goes through… this is, this is…. thank you.”
We can’t wait to see how many more ACM Awards Langley will take home!
