During every show, right after her monologue, Ellen DeGeneres leads her live studio audience in a dance. Her DJ, tWitch, plays some of the hottest tracks and everyone gets down to the music! This sets the tone for the rest of the show, which also allows the audience to dance during commercial breaks.

Sometimes I feel like my audience dances like they know we’re going to do this to them.

Even though The Ellen Show is on commercial, that doesn’t mean the cameras stop rolling! During this particular show, DeGeneres showed a compilation video of some of her craziest dancing audience members, one of which was actually in the audience that day!

Blown away by her moves and enthusiasm, DeGeneres asked the woman, whose name is Nancy, if she always dances like that. To everyone’s surprise, she said that she was actually toning it down! Then the talk show host asked Nancy if she would like to show of some more of her dance moves – and of course, she said yes.

DeGeneres told her to pick a song she would like to dance to during the next commercial break, and she chose Luke Bryan’s “Country Girl (Shake it For Me).” The video then cut to Nancy and tWitch, who is a professional dancer that gained fame from the show So You Think You Can Dance, breaking it down to Bryan’s hit 2011 song.

While Nancy didn’t do too much booty shaking like she had promised, the music just spoke to her as she two-stepped to the beat with one hand on her hip and one in the air, as though she was riding a bull. She totally stole the show and we’d be surprised if this was the last we saw of her on The Ellen Show!

Watch it all go down in the video below.
