Brittany Aldean Married Jason Aldean In 2015

Brittany and Jason Aldean were married on March 21, 2015 in a gorgeous beachside ceremony in Mexico.

In their 11 years of marriage, they have solidified themselves as a power couple in country music and in all walks of life. They are parents to two children together, son Memphis and daughter Navy.

Brittany is also a “bonus mom” to Jason’s older kids, Kendyl and Keeley.

Although she is a doting mom, dedicated wife, and an entrepreneur, Brittany also pursued a career in music when she was younger and was even on TV!

Brittany Auditioned For American Idol In 2012

Brittany Aldean, then Brittany Kerr, auditioned for the 11th season of American Idol for judges Steven Tyler, Randy Jackson, and Jennifer Lopez.

She walked in the audition room a tan top and white jeans, and earned a “yes” from Steven Tyler based on her looks alone.

After she sang “Spoiled” by Joss Stone, Randy Jackson said, “Well that did it for me.”

“She’s adorable,” Lopez added.

You’re on pitch and you’re good-looking,” Tyler said, while giving her a few pointers.

Brittany earned two yeses from Jackson and Tyler, and a no from Lopez, moving her on to the next round of competition. She was eliminated during Hollywood Week.

Since then, Brittany doesn’t sing in public often.

In fact, since her marriage to Aldean, we have only found a few instances where she did!

When their son, Memphis, was a baby, she recorded herself singing “You Are My Sunshine” to him, and it was so adorable!

A few years ago, the couple sang Blake Shelton and Ashley Monroe’s “Lonely Tonight” at a karaoke bar.

And most recently, they shared an emotional duet paying tribute to the late Charlie Kirk with Luke Bryan’s “Drink A Beer.”
