Granger Smith & Wife Bring New Baby Home To Meet His Siblings

Country artist Granger Smith and his wife Amber welcomed their newest addition to the family on Friday, August 20, 2021. According to Amber’s Instagram, the newborn arrived at 12:45 p.m. in Round Rock, Texas, and weighed 7 lbs., measuring 20 inches long.

“He’s here! Wow…so many emotions,” Smith wrote in a caption alongside a photo of his wife in the hospital holding their new baby. “Maverick Beckham Smith made his debut today. He and @amberemilysmith are doing great.”

Maverick is the couple’s fourth child. They are also parents to River, who died in a tragic drowning accident at home in July of 2019 when he was three years old. In the two years that have elapsed since their son’s death, the couple has become advocates for swimming pool safety as well as establishing the River Kelly Fund, which is an organization that supports the hospital that tried to save River’s life along with a variety of other causes.

Now the happy parents are welcoming their newborn child home and introducing him to his older siblings, Lincoln and London. Amber posted some photos of her husband surrounded by the little ones with the caption “welcome home buddy.”
