Friday (June 18) was a big day for Blake Shelton…it was his 45th birthday!

45 is a big birthday, so Blake’s fiancee, Gwen Stefani, wanted to do something special to celebrate it. And what better way to celebrate than a part?

Gwen ended up orchestrating a surprise party with some of their nearest and dearest. It seems Gwen got Blake to attend the event under the guise of it being a graduation party.

She posted a video on social media showing the moment when they walked into the surprise party, and Blake’s reaction was priceless!

A kid who appeared to be Gwen’s youngest son, Apollo, walked into the party first to make sure they were ready for Blake to come in. He was carrying a gift bag and balloons that said “Congrats Grad!” on them, so Blake was none the wiser that the part was actually a birthday party for him.

Then Blake and Gwen emerged at the door, and were greeted with shouts of “surprise” from the partygoers. Blake was shocked at first, as he looked around at all of the decorations and the people who gathered to celebrate him. He pointed out a few people in the crowd, expressing surprise that the were there.

Blake then made his way into the crowd and began greeting everyone who came out to celebrate with him.

Gwen also shared a video of the party guests singing “Happy Birthday” to Blake while he wore a birthday tiara. Alongside the videos and a photo she shared of her and Blake kissing, she wrote, “celebrating my besties b day today love u.

Check out Gwen’s post below so you can see the video of Blake’s reaction to his surprise party. He couldn’t believe his eyes!

We hope Blake had the happiest of birthdays with Gwen, their families, and friends!
