Of prioritizing self-care to help her feel confident and sexy for her husband, Dolly says, “Every day, I put on some makeup and fix my hair because I think, ‘Well, the whole world, I’m out here and everybody else sees me all dressed up, and I’m not going to just kind of go home and just flop on him.”

Dolly says it’s important to her to look as good as she can because it helps keep things “spicy.”

Like any marriage, however, Dolly admits that there are some times when it’s tough to keep the romance alive. She jokes about watching her beloved husband snore the evening away in the recliner, and jokes that Jolene, the title character of her hit song about a woman trying to steal another woman’s man, can come and take him!
