If you grew up in the country, chances are you learned how to drive long before you got your driver’s license at 16 years old. Heck, you probably learned to drive well before you even took the test for your learner’s permit!

Even though Rory Feek‘s four-year-old daughter Indiana has Down Syndrome, he doesn’t treat her any different. So when they were in Montana recently and there was an opportunity for Indy to learn how to drive, everyone jumped at the chance.

Like much of Indy’s life, Rory captured this exciting moment on camera and shared it with his fans on social media.

“Pre-K drivers school in Montana,” the singer-songwriter captioned the video.

It showed Indy sitting on the lap of someone, who was clearly controlling the gas and brake pedals and there if Indy needed any help at all, driving the jeep around a open grass field. As Indy steered the Jeep closer to Rory, who was filming, you could see the pure joy on her face!

Some commenters pointed out that Indy’s smile at that moment resembled her mama Joey’s smile when she was driving their tour bus in the documentary To Joey, With Love. Sadly, Joey passed away on March 4, 2016 after a long battle with cancer so she couldn’t be there in person to enjoy this beautiful moment, but we imagine she wasn’t far away.

Watch Indy debut her driving skills in the video below.
