Jason Aldean Is Not Slowing Down Any Time Soon

Lucky for his devoted fans, country superstar Jason Aldean admits he doesn’t plan to stop performing any time soon.

In a recent interview on the Armchair Expert With Dax Shepard podcast, Aldean shared how he’s scaled down on a significant amount of shows he does every year to spend time with his family.

However, he explained that he does not plan on fully retiring for a long, long time.

“I don’t think I’m there yet,” the singer said. “I still enjoy it too much, man.”

The country singer shared that once he is done with touring, he would consider doing a Las Vegas residency or something more stationary.

“I look at things that are going on now like The Sphere out in Las Vegas, like, going and doing some residencies,” he says. “Chesney just did his out there, and Shaun Silva, who is our video director too, did all the content for that … I think Backstreet Boys just did one,” Aldean exclaimed.

Aldean Dropped Announcement About Massive 2025 Tour Earlier This Year

Aldean loves getting out on the road to sing for his fans, which is why he planned a massive tour this year.

In January, Aldean revealed he was kicking off his Full Throttle Tour in May in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. In total, the tour has taken Aldean to 31 different stops across the U.S. before concluding next month in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Nate Smith, RaeLynn, and Dee Jay Silver all served as Aldean’s supporting acts on the tour. Legendary country duo Brooks & Dunn also joined the “Try That in a Small Town” singer for a special concert in Boston.

Aldean announced his new tour the day after he sang for U.S. President Donald Trump at the Liberty Ball following his inauguration.

Aldean performed a multi-song set including hits such as “Hicktown,” “Fly Over States,” and “Big Green Tractor.”
