Jelly Roll Guest Hosted Jimmy Kimmel Live!

On Wednesday night (July 16) Jelly Roll began his two night stint as host of Jimmy Kimmel Live!

In a video posted to the talk show’s social media channels, Jelly Roll revealed that he wouldn’t want to host any other talk show. Kimmel’s show was the first one where he was in a skit, the first show that interviewed him

“And tonight, baby, tonight and tomorrow night, I am Jimmy Kimmel,” Jelly Roll said, showing off the set.

For Wednesday night’s show, he performed an 11-minute monologue, and interviewed special guests Jeremy Renner and his recent WWE Smackdown buddy Randy Orton. He also introduced musical guest Joey Badass.

“If I really suck bad, my name is Post Malone,” he said at the beginning of the monologue.

During his sit down interview with Orton, they recapped their weekend in the ring, where Jelly Roll, Orton, Logan Paul, and Drew McIntyre went toe-to-toe.

WWE SmackDown Recap

On Saturday night (July 11), Jelly Roll was performing his hit song “Liar” at WWE SmackDown when Logan Paul interrupted him and tried to make fun of him, even calling the singer a “clout chaser.”

The pair exchanged verbal arguments until Orton showed up to defend Jelly Roll. Then, things got physical. McIntyre came in to assist Paul and Orton looked to be in over his head. That is, until the singer stepping in and grabbed Paul by the hair and threw him.

Following the fight, Orton apologized to Jelly Roll, saying he should have never put him in the position to get hurt. The “Save Me” singer said he got in the ring on his own volition and would love to get some revenge on Paul and McIntyre.

Drew & Logan Crash Jelly Roll’s Interview With Randy Orton

Randy and the “Son Of A Sinner” singer had a nice interview where they really did talk about Orton’s mom, kids, and his legendary career. They also recapped each moment in the ring over the weekend, but were rudely interrupted by McIntyre.

The pro wrestlers exchanged words before things got physical once again. So much so that they tackled each other out the door, leaving the host flustered on what to do next with no guest. He tried to just throw it to commercial, but then Paul showed up, telling Jelly Roll to pick a lane and stay in it.

Paul called the temporary late night host a “greasy, redneck prison rat,” before slapping the singer across the face.

After being taunted for a few seconds, Jelly Roll got his revenge when he smacked Paul on the chest, grabbed his shirt, picked him up and threw him into the desk.

The audience roared as Logan laid o nthe ground, seemingly unconscious. He even added a little twitch at the very end to really sell the bit!

The singer announced once again that all four of them will be wrestling in SummerSlam in August. Watch the epic moment below.
