Not only can Joanna Gaines decorate houses, she can cook! As she gears up for the April 7th release of her new cookbook, Magnolia Table: Volume 2, Gaines has been sharing some of her favorite recipes from the book via video on social media.

Over the past week, the Fixer Upper star has shared her recipes for Zucchini Bread and Spinach Tortellini Soup. But, her latest recipe share has us all kinds of excited! French Silk Pie….Joanna claims that it is one of her favorite dessert recipes and that it is the most requested dessert around her house. Can’t say that we blame the Gaines’! Chocolate filling in a chocolate cookie crust? You can’t go wrong.

If you are an avid baker, you may already have most of the ingredients in your pantry. If not, add the ingredients to your shopping list for your next grocery pickup so you have them on hand when you get a hankering for chocolate pie.
