on Oct 30, 2019
Congratulations are in order for country star Kane Brown and his wife Katelyn. The couple has welcomed their first child, a daughter named Kingsley Rose.

Brown made his country music debut in 2015 with his break out single “Used to Love You Sober.” Two years later he made Nashville history when he teamed up with Idol alum Lauren Alaina for “What Ifs,” making him the first-ever artist to top all five Billboard Country Charts.
The “What Ifs” singer wed his fiance Katelyn Jae in October 2018 at Mint Springs Farm in Franklin, Tennessee, after being engaged for 18 months. Brown proposed to his now-wife on Easter Sunday 2017 while they were watching The Amityville Horror, a movie about newlyweds who move into a house where a mass murder has been committed. “I just couldn’t wait,” he told PEOPLE of his proposal timing.
The couple shared their pregnancy news on Instagram in April by sharing a photo of their ultrasound with a caption that read, “It’s been so hard keeping this a secret!!!!! But the KB’S ARE GONNA BE PARENTS!!! KB3 ????? IM GONNA BE A DADDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
Kane and Katelyn have been busy celebrating and preparing for their first child with the help of family and friends. In August, fellow country star Jason Aldean and his wife Brittany threw the couple a baby shower where they revealed the baby’s name.

And, less than two weeks ago, the proud parents completed their baby girl’s nursery…just in time for her arrival.
