Kane Brown’s Grandfather Dead At 65

Kane Brown’s maternal grandfather has passed away.

On September 11, 2020, Kane’s grandfather on his mother’s side, Steve Allen Brown passed away at 65 years old.

His obituary posted on the Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory website states that Brown passed away in a local hospital. However, no cause of death was specified. “He was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga, North Georgia area.  Steve enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather that will be truly missed by all who knew him.”

Kane’s mom was noted as her dad’s “favorite daughter.” Kane and his almost one-year-old daughter, Kingsley, were mentioned as some of his grandfather’s survivors.

According to the obituary, the family will receive friends this Tuesday, September 15, 2020, with a prayer and a blessing.

The family is requesting that memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.

Kane Brown has been keeping busy lately preparing for his drive-in concert at the end of this month on September 26, 2020. The concert will be broadcasted to nearly 300 drive-in theaters.
