Lainey Wilson Celebrates An Iconic 2025
2025 has been quite the remarkable year for Lainey Wilson, as she has won multiple awards and released a number of new songs.
Earlier this year, the country singer took home four new Academy of Country Music Awards, including Entertainer of the Year, making her the first woman in more than 10 years to win the title two years in a row!
Lainey also joined forces with Reba McEntire and Miranda Lambert to collaborate on the song “Trailblazer,” a track that celebrates the influential female artists of country music’s past and present.
In Novemebr, she hosted the CMA Awards on her own, without a co-host. Lainey became only the third woman in CMA history to serve as the ceremony’s sole host, following in the footsteps of Dolly Parton and Reba McEntire.
Lainey Leaves Her Mark On The Business World
In addition to her music, Lainey is also an incredibly successful businesswoman!
The “4X4xU” singer launched her own boot brand, Golden West Boots, in June of this year. She posted a video on her Instagram at the time, revealing the new “Artisan Crafted” line.
“I love songwriting, because it lets me put myself into someone else’s shoes, and see the world through another set of eyes,” Lainey says in the video.
The footage pans through different scenarios of Lainey’s life as she models multiple styles of boots, from at home with her own French Bulldog, Hippie, to walking through an open field.
The brand’s social media explains that the boots are “rooted in storytelling” and “designed for the trailblazer.”

Lainey Reflects On A Remarkable Year
On Tuesday (December 30), Lainey took to social media to reflect on her incredible year. She showed footage from different monumental moments throughout 2025, including her performance at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and the opening of her very own exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame.
“I feel like every time I looked up in 2025 I was reminded of my “why?” My “why” is to try to tell the truth in a way that lets you recognize your own story. It is to honor where I came from while still trying to build something that is bigger than me,” she wrote.
Lainey gave a special shoutout to her mom, and her fans who she deemed “the best in the world.”
“Music ain’t just something I do. It’s how I try to make sense of the world… and since I have yet to make complete sense of the world, I guess I’ll be doing this til the day I can’t. 🩵,” she continued.
Lainey also shared a clip of her mama’s advice to “believe and receive” from the Lord, saying that He always gives us the desires of our heart.
“Here is to another year of learning that momentum is a gift and not guaranteed. That when dreams move faster than you do, stay rooted and let the Lord carry you. Here is the bird’s eye view of 2025. 🐤”
