Luke Bryan’s Family Is Skipping A Big Holiday Tradition This Year

Everyone in Luke Bryan‘s family has a great sense of humor. Because of this, he and his wife Caroline Bryan often give holidays a comical spin.

For example, Luke and Caroline go all-out on Halloween. They try to find hilarious, coordinating costumes, and the resulting outfits always give fans a good laugh.

This year, Luke and Caroline dressed as Little Red Riding Hood and The Big Bad Wolf. What made the costume extra hysterical was the fact that Luke wore the Little Red Riding Hood costume!

Luke and Caroline usually approach Christmas from a comedic angle as well. One of their biggest holiday traditions is something called “Pranksmas.”

What Does Pranksmas Entail?

Luke and Caroline started their Pranksmas tradition years ago. Each holiday season, the couple competes to see who can out-prank the other.

In one past prank, Caroline covered Luke’s soap in clear nail polish so it wouldn’t lather. As you’d expect, this resulted in a lot of confusion on Luke’s part.

Luke got back at Caroline by stuffing fake snakes in unexpected places, such as the fridge or the couch.

Another frequent target of Pranksmas is Luke’s mama, LeClaire. One year, Caroline pranked her twice within a matter of seconds.

After that, LeClarie let out some choice words at her daughter-in-law’s expense!

Luke Bryan’s Wife Caroline Says “No” To Pranksmas This Year, And Explains The Reason Why

Luke and Caroline’s fans always look forward to their Pranksmas videos on social media. So they took notice when the couple didn’t share any videos of the hilarious holiday tradition this December.

It turns out, Luke and Caroline decided not to participate in Pranksmas this year. Caroline explained the reason why in a post she made on her Instagram page.

“So I didn’t do Pranksmas this year because well…I’m tired,” she said.

Fair enough! It seems like Pranksmas takes a lot of effort, so we can’t blame Caroline for ditching the tradition this year.

But Caroline didn’t leave her followers without something to laugh at. She shared a compilation video showcasing pranks of the past…all targeting LeClaire.

“In honor of Hurricane Salem making her arrival for Christmas here’s some videos of Pranksmas Past,” Caroline said. You can watch the comical compilation video below.
