on Oct 07, 2025

Luke Combs Has Had An Exciting Few Weeks
Luke Combs continues to be one of the busiest men in country music. In the last few weeks he has announced his wife, Nicole, is pregnant with their third child, performed a Grand Ole Opry Special in London, and released a three-song EP titled The Prequel. And he’s not close to being done.
On September 23rd, Combs shared a sweet video announcing that Nicole is pregnant with their third child. The video included their sons Tex and Beau, who look ecstatic to becoming big brothers!
Just a few days later, he took the stage at Royal Albert Hall in London, England, as part of the Opry special, where he performed a song he wrote with Carly Pearce for the very first time.
The Prequel was released on Friday, October 3rd as a teaser of what’s to come. Combs is still working on his full length album, but the first three songs were ready, so he released them on a project for his fans to enjoy.
On October 5th, He Teased A Major Announcement
In a social media video, Combs teased something huge that will be announced to the public on Thursday, October 9 at 9am EST on his socials and his website.
The video featured footage from his growing concerts over the years, showing how he can pack fans into an NFL stadium.
“It started a decade ago,” the text on the video read. “And it’s only grown larger. Night after night you’ve shown up. But what comes next…this is different…this is…bigger.”
Combs teased the announcement even more in the caption, writing, “What comes next is something y’all are going to want to know about.”

Fans can’t wait for the announcement, which they seem to think is a college stadium tour, because college football stadiums having a larger capacity than the NFL stadiums he has been playing in.
To make the announcement even more mysterious, Dierks Bentley and Thomas Rhett are somehow involved. Both posted videos of themselves singing Combs songs using the caption, “10.9.25,” and the title of the song they were singing, while tagging Combs.
Bentley sang “When It Rains, It Pours”
And Rhett performed “Better Together.”
The LukeCombsHQ account posted their own video using outlines of different countries including the United States, Canada, and multiple countries in Europe. So it seems a massive world tour with Bentley and Rhett would be a great guess!
But time will tell. Tune into Combs’ socials on Thursday, October 9th to see the big announcement.
