Martina McBride’s Daughter Celebrates Grand Achievement

On December 22, 1994, Martina McBride celebrated an incredible milestone in her life, and it had nothing to do with her singing career. Instead, that was the day that her first child, Delaney Katherine, was born.

In the years that followed, Martina and her husband John welcomed two more daughters into their family, Emma Justine and Ava Rose Kathleen. Wanting to be a present part of her daughters’ lives, Martina lessened her work commitments so she could spend more time with them.

All of her hard work has paid off, because Delaney recently celebrated a grand accomplishment, and Martina couldn’t help but gush about it on social media.

On Thursday (May 24), Martina shared a series of photos showcasing a celebration they were having in Delaney’s honor. She revealed that it was a “small pre-graduation celebration,” and it looks like she went all out for it!

The celebration featured quite the spread, with arugula flatbread, pepperoni four cheese flatbread, and smoked deviled eggs on the menu. And of course, what would a party be without some champagne?

Then, on Friday (May 25), Martina shared exactly what they were celebrating. As she shared, Delaney just graduated from massage therapy school!

“So proud of my girl Delaney,” Martina wrote. “She’s worked so hard and made top notch grades to graduate yesterday as a massage therapist.”

Martina went on to compliment Delaney, saying how she brings so much joy to the world. “This one has always had a bright light within her and she’s using it to help and heal others and make the world a better place,” she said.

In addition to praising her daughter, Martina also shared a sweet family photo to mark the occasion. You can see Ava, Martina, Delaney, and John all together in the picture.

It’s hard to believe that Delaney has grown up so fast. It seems like only yesterday that we were watching her as a little girl in her mama’s music video for “Blessed.” You can catch that precious video below.
