In 2017, Ford’s global operations president Joe Hinrichs announced that the company would be bringing back a vehicle that hadn’t been in production since 1996 – the Bronco.

Hinrichs didn’t give consumers many details during his announcement at the 2017 North American International Auto, but he did say that new model would be available in both 2-door and 4-door.

Hinrichs said, it will be “a no-compromise midsize 4×4 utility for the thrill-seekers who want freedom and off-road functionality, with the space and versatility of an SUV. It’s capable of conquering everything from your daily commute to gravel roads and boulders.”

Since that initial announcement, there has been only one photo released by Ford, which was in March 2018.

Marzen also tweeted the following, “The rear profile of the 2021 Ford Bronco has been spied completely undisguised ahead of its unveiling later this month. Additionally, the SUV will be available in 10 exterior colors to choose from and a seven-speed manual transmission will be offered.

Marzen tweeted updates about the 2021 Bronco Sport as well, which he says will be unveiled in April.
