Welp he decided that Fathers Day would be a good time to show up,” Luke said in a post announcing his son’s birth. “I couldn’t agree more. Me and @nicolejcombs are over the moon in love with this little guy. Mama and baby are healthy and we’re back home now with family. Life is good. Everyone welcome Tex Lawrence Combs to the world!

It’s going to be hard to top this past Father’s Day…Welcome to the world, Tex Lawrence Combs,” Nicole wrote in her own post. “You are the best chillest angel boy and I’m so happy I was chosen to be your mom. These are the days.”

Nicole took to her Instagram Story on Wednesday (June 29) to share how life has been going with baby Tex. She posted a new photo that shows the back of Tex’s head while he’s being held.

“I’ve been super MIA lately just trying to figure life out,” Nicole wrote on top of the photo. “It’s pretty crazy how quick your priorities change once you have a child…

The picture also includes Luke and Nicole’s cat, Wix, who Nicole said “is the super protective big sis.”

All of the Combs’ pets “have adjusted perfectly” to having Tex in the family. Nicole said “they want all his toys and things to themselves.”
