Nominees For 2021 ACM Awards Just Announced

We know what you’re thinking…it seems like the ACM Awards were just a few months ago, doesn’t it? Well that’s because they were!

Due to everything going on in the world, the 2020 ACM Awards were postponed. The awards are typically held in April, and for the past several years were hosted in Las Vegas.

But because of the current world environment, the 2020 ACM Awards were postponed until September, and were held in Nashville. In a historic moment, Carrie Underwood and Thomas Rhett became the first-ever artists to tie for the coveted Entertainer of the Year Award.

Now, just seven months later, the 2021 ACM Awards are taking place in April like normal. The awards will be held in Nashville once more, and will air on Sunday, April 18.

With the ceremony less than two months away, the ACM announced its nominees on Friday morning. (February 26). You can see the complete list of nominees below.

Chris Stapleton and Maren Morris are tied for the most nominations, with a total of six each. Right behind them is Miranda Lambert with five nominations, followed by Ashley McBryde and Thomas Rhett, with four nominations each.
