A few years ago, our Festive Fireball Fudge reached viral status and continues to be one of the most popular fudge recipes online. We’ve taken that fudge and stepped it up a level by adding one of our most favorite seasonal treats…Peeps! In case you haven’t noticed, Peeps are no longer just an Easter candy. Different colors, flavors and shapes can be found throughout the year, making this fudge a year-round go-to dessert for Peeps and Fireball lovers.

NOTE: It’s important to note before making this that YOU MUST USE GHIRARDELLI WHITE BAKING CHIPS! Please don’t even try to use another brand. Trust us!

PEEPS FIREBALL FUDGE

Ingredients
2 – 11 oz. bags Ghirardelli White Chocolate Baking Chips
1 – 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup Fireball Whisky
1 – 3 oz. package Peeps chicks
2 – 3 3/8 oz. packages Peeps bunnies

Instructions
Line an 8-inch by 8-inch baking pan with foil. Set aside.

Fill a small saucepan 1/4 full with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer.

In a large heat-proof bowl, stir together baking chips, sweetened condensed milk and Fireball. Place bowl on top of simmering pan of water. Stir frequently until baking chips are almost melted. Add 3 oz. package of Peeps chicks. Stir often until Peeps are melted. NOTE: The Peeps “eyes” won’t melt. So, if it will bother you to have brown spots in your fudge, remove the eyes before adding the Peeps to the mixture.

Pour fudge into prepared pan. Top with a layer of Peeps bunnies and press them lightly into the fudge mixture. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
